Who We Are

Hoosier Buddy is a locally owned and rapidly growing moving company serving Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. Available Positions

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

Operations Manager - Oversees daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and team performance across all departments.

Shift Manager - Delivers goods safely and on time while supervising team members during assigned shifts.

Driver -  Transports customer goods professionally, maintaining safety, timeliness, and excellent customer service.

Mover - Handles packing, loading, unloading, and organizing client belongings with care and efficiency.

Sales Virtual Assistant - Manages incoming leads, schedules appointments, and supports sales activities to drive revenue growth.

Marketing Virtual Assistant - Assists with social media, content creation, and campaign coordination to enhance brand visibility.

Assistant Marketing Manager - Supports the marketing manager in executing strategies, analyzing performance data, and coordinating promotional projects.
