QUOTES:
Our pricing for specialty items, including pianos, heavy safes, and items over 400 lbs, is determined based on the weight and size of the item, the number of flights of stairs involved, and the amount of manpower required for the move.
FEES
DEPOSIT FEES
Local moves: $60 initial deposit.
Commercial moves: $100 initial deposit.
(Deposit will be kept if less than 48-hour notice is given.)
Long-distance moves: $100 initial deposit.
(Deposit will be kept if less than a week's notice is given.)
General Labor services: $60 initial deposit.
Local Delivery services: $60 initial deposit.
Business-related Delivery services: $100 initial deposit.
TRUCK FEES
As a moving company, we charge a $60 truck fee to cover the costs of maintaining and operating our fleet of moving trucks. These expenses include insurance, maintenance, and repairs. Additionally, our trucks are specially designed and equipped for moving purposes, with features such as loading ramps and tie-downs to ensure the safe transport of our customers' belongings. By charging a truck fee, we can ensure that we have the resources to provide our customers with reliable and efficient moving services while also maintaining the quality of our equipment.
MILEAGE FEES
- First 35 miles are free.
- For distances under 500 miles: 60 cents per mile after the first 35 miles.
- For distances over 500 miles: 75 cents per mile.
- For distances over 2,000 miles: 50 cents per mile.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Inconvenience upcharge: Our inconvenience upcharge is based on unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your move, including but not limited to additional items, stops, or unexpected challenges that may impede our moving process.
Rescheduling Day Of Move Fee: In the event you need to reschedule your local or commercial move on the day of your appointment, a rescheduling fee of $30 will be applicable. If you choose not to reschedule and not to proceed with the original appointment, your deposit of $60 will be retained. In the event you need to reschedule your long-distance move on the day of your appointment, a rescheduling fee of $50 will be applicable. If you choose not to reschedule and not to proceed with the original appointment, your deposit of $100 will be retained.

DELIVERY RATES
For our local delivery service, we offer a flat rate of $120 for one item or set. Prices may vary based on the number of items and their weight.
Our commercial delivery rates are flexible and vary based on a number of factors, including the distance travelled, the number of items being delivered, and their weight.

STEP 1: Add A Booking To The Cart
Go to the Book Us page and find the type of service you need. Schedule a date and time and add your contact information then hit 'Confirm'.

Once you've added a booking to your cart, go to the cart page. Scroll down under the estimated total and 'Check out' button. Click on 'GOVX ID'.

STEP 3: Verify your ID
You will be taken to a separate page to verify your military status using a government issued identification. Once you have been verified, continue to check out and you will see your 10% discount applied to your booking!
