Operations Manager
Average Pay Range: $21-$25/hr
Roles & Expectations:
Operations Managers oversee business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and team performance across departments. They develop policies, manage budgets, lead recruitment and training, and resolve operational issues to meet company goals. They coordinate between departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, team leadership, evaluating performance metrics, implementing training, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Additional Note: The moving industry is seasonal, with peak demand largely between late spring and summer months; therefore, workload and hours fluctuate throughout the year and a consistent 40-hour workweek cannot be guaranteed.
