Sales Virtual Assistant

Pay Type: 100% Commission Based (2-3% of profit per booked move) 

Role & Expectations:

Sales Virtual Assistants support sales teams by managing leads, updating CRM systems, scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, invoicing, maintaining client records, and providing follow-up communication. They are usually remote, requiring strong digital communication and organization skills.

Additional Note: The moving industry is seasonal, with peak demand largely between late spring and summer months; therefore, workload and hours fluctuate throughout the year and a consistent 40-hour workweek cannot be guaranteed.

Expectations:

▪︎ Update and maintain sales databases

▪︎ Schedule client meetings and follow-ups

▪︎ Support virtual client onboarding and handle basic inquiries

Prepare sales proposals and invoices

▪︎ Assist with pipeline and performance reporting
